About Corintis:
Corintis is a startup that is a provider of advanced semiconductor cooling technologies. Some of the biggest challenges of our lifetime, from climate modeling to drug discovery, constantly require more computing power. More powerful chips generate more heat; extracting this heat is a major challenge for our future.
Current cooling systems are not only limited but also wasteful; cooling data centers consume more power than London and New York combined. At Corintis, we remove these limitations by integrating cooling directly inside the chip. We enable the sustainable computing of the future to address the biggest global challenges.
Working at Corintis:
Corintis offers a friendly and team-oriented workplace bringing together a diverse group of nationalities to solve the biggest computing challenges of tomorrow. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly autonomous Vice President of Finance to lead the function through our rapid scaling, reporting directly to the COO.
The goal of this role is to define and execute our financial roadmap with a strong focus on fundraising, investor relations and long-term financial planning. Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end financial leadership for the company.
- Together with the Founders, initiate and lead capital raising, including venture capital, strategic partnerships, and non-dilutive sources (grants, government programs, etc.).
- Manage the complex cash flow considerations associated with a heavily hardware-oriented business, including negotiations with key suppliers and customers on payment terms.
- Develop financial scenarios and materials for external and internal use, including data rooms and financial models.
- Manage financial relationships with external investors and funding bodies.
- Lead end-to-end financing strategy (non-dilutive financing, equipment financing, debt financing, equity financing etc.).

- Define key financial performance metrics and implement regular, insightful interpretations.
- Lead negotiations of crucial client and supplier contracts.
- Further development of the finance function, including accounting, compliance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Direct management of the small finance team.
- Oversee the responsibility of managing external lawyers in the company and the day-to-day management of highly specialized contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of fundraising (Series A/B and beyond) in deep tech (prior experience leading the finance function at a company that has raised 50-100 M+ USD is a major plus).
- 10+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in growth-stage startups.
- Deep understanding of venture financing, corporate development, and investor relations.
- Experience in operating in the U.S., Asia, and Swiss markets, including familiarity with local financial regulations, fundraising environments, and cross-border structuring.
- Understanding of industrialization and manufacturing processes.
- Prior experience with the direct financial management of a US entity is a major plus.
- Highly fluent in English & skilled in working with a highly diverse and international team.
This role is a great fit for you if:
- You're comfortable being the finance lead for Corintis. From investor updates to contract negotiations.
- You have experience working directly with founders and can balance their vision with financial discipline.
- You've been the finance lead through at least one major fundraising round and can own the pitch deck financials and closing.
This won’t be the right role for you if:
- You’ve never been actively involved in a VC fundraising round.
- You're looking for a traditional finance role focused primarily on accounting and reporting rather than strategic leadership, balanced with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
