The Role
As an HR Intern, you will support the development and scaling of our HR operations by ensuring data accuracy, improving HR processes, and contributing to key company-wide initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about HR systems and operations, and eager to learn how HR supports a fast-growing technology company. You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with the HR Team, IT, Workplace Operations, Finance, and employees across the organization. This role plays an important part in strengthening our HR foundations, supporting initiatives such as payroll implementation, HRIS improvements, performance management, and employer branding. Your work will directly impact how efficiently we scale our people processes and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR data accuracy by maintaining and updating employee records across HR systems
• Assist with updating and improving the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable HR processes
• Map and document HR processes such as job requisition, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle workflows
• Support the implementation of a new payroll system, including data preparation, testing, and documentation
• Assist in drafting and coordinating HR communications, including internal announcements and policy updates
• Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives such as Employer Value Proposition (EVP), performance management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs
• Monitor HR data quality and support reporting and analysis where needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR tools, templates, and workflows
• Support HR audit preparation by ensuring all documentation is up to date (job descriptions, training matrices, assessments, etc.)
• Support ad-hoc HR operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to organize information and document processes clearly
• Interest in HR operations, HR systems (HRIS), and process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Digital skills (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools, Design tools etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus
• A Self-starter who remains organized under pressure and is interested in HR trends, and technologies
• Availability for a 6-month internship.

Contract: Paid Internship 6 months
Activity rate: 100%
Salary: 2,500 CHF gross per month
