The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on-site at our office in Silicon Valley, CA. You'll own Corintis's public-facing voice, press and media relations, social media, trade show presence and messaging while also helping keep the Silicon Valley office running smoothly day to day. Whether it's landing press coverage for a manufacturing milestone, staffing a booth at a semiconductor trade show, or making sure the office has what it needs you'll be the person we trust to get it done.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media: Own the content calendar and day-to-day management of LinkedIn and other company social channels. Create and curate posts that reflect Corintis's technical credibility and company milestones and track engagement to grow our following among target technical and investor audiences.
Public Relations: Draft and distribute press releases and media materials for product launches, partnerships, funding announcements and manufacturing milestones. Build and maintain relationships with industry press, analysts and trade publications as well as coordinating interviews and speaking opportunities for executives.
Trade Shows & Events: Manage the annual trade show and conference calendar (e.g. SEMITHERM, OCP Summit, iTherm, SuperCompute and similar semiconductor/thermal industry events). Coordinate booth design, logistics, shipping and staffing, and produce show collateral and travel arrangements for attending team members.
Messaging & Brand: Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and terminology across all public materials. Work with leadership and engineering to translate technical capabilities.
Public-Facing Communications: Maintain and update website content, case studies, customer stories, and whitepapers. Produce newsletters and other recurring communications and support sales and business development with customer-facing marketing collateral.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales and leadership to ensure technical accuracy in all external communications and support board and investor communications materials as needed.
Reporting: Track and report on PR coverage, social media performance and trade show ROI to recommend improvements based on results.
Office Management: Serve as the point person for the Silicon Valley office managing office supplies, food orders and vendor coordination making sure the office is equipped with everything employees need.
Visitor and Office Support: Be the welcoming face of the office for visiting guests, including customers, partners and journalists acting as the go-to person for any employee or visitor who needs logistical support.
Requirements
Comfortable writing for both technical and non-technical audiences, from press releases to social posts to customer-facing collateral.
5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, communications, or PR role, ideally in B2B technology, semiconductor, or hardware/manufacturing.
You thrive on managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines from a press push to a trade show to keeping the office stocked without breaking a sweat.
Nothing slips through the cracks, whether it's a press release headline, a booth shipment, or an office supply order.
You can solve problems quickly and always know who to call to get things done.
Whether coordinating with press, vendors, or executives, your communication is clear and effective.
You have a service-oriented mindset and ensure a high level of experience for both visitors and colleagues.
Comfortable learning and communicating technical concepts, prior exposure to semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing industries is a plus.
