Supply Chain Intern - Purchasing
About Corintis
Corintis offers innovative microfluidic cooling technologies for AI chips/GPUs and CPUs used in data centres. Working with many of the world’s largest tech companies, our solutions improve compute sustainability and tackle the excessive electricity consumption associated with data centre cooling, which consumes more electricity than New York and London combined.
Ranked as the No.1 Engineering startup in Switzerland for 2025, Corintis offers a friendly and team-oriented workplace, bringing together over 105 people from over 35 nationalities to solve the most significant computing challenges of tomorrow. Based in the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, we are closely connected to the local ecosystem and are located a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva.
The Role
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will assist with our day-to-day purchasing operations, from purchase order to matched invoice, so that the right parts reach our lab and production on time. You will report to the Supply Chain Lead and work closely with engineering, planning, finance and our suppliers in Europe and Asia. It is a hands-on internship with real participation in a fast-scaling hardware company.
Key Responsibilities

Send POs to suppliers, chase confirmations and update Odoo when confirmed dates change
Track open orders daily and flag late or at-risk deliveries to requesters and planning
Check shipment documents: packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, certificates (CoC, material certs) and customs paperwork (HS codes, origin, import/VAT)
Perform the three-way match (PO, goods receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies with suppliers before handover to Finance
Keep Odoo data up to date: suppliers, lead times, pricelists and PO close-out
Requirements
Student or recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, business or industrial engineering
Basic knowledge of purchasing and logistics (Incoterms, lead times, customs documents)
Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills; ERP experience (Odoo, SAP) is a plus
Fluent English; French or German is a plus
This Is a Great Fit If You:
Enjoy precise, well-organised work and getting the details right
Like owning a process end to end and following up until it is done
Want hands-on supply chain experience in a fast-growing deep-tech company
This Won’t Be the Right Role for You If:
You don’t enjoy recurring, detail-heavy tasks such as order tracking and document checks
You are looking for a purely strategic role without hands-on work
You prefer working fully remotely, as this role requires on-site collaboration
